Google Ads Management for Ecommerce, Run by the Founder

More profit from your store's ads — managed directly by a specialist who's run $15M+ in spend. Never a junior, never a template.

I intentionally run a handful of clients, so each store gets my full attention — not a slice of it.

If You Struggle With Any Of This:

Your Google Ads Aren't Working
Most agencies juggle 50+ accounts. Your account gets checked once a month, maybe. You're one of dozens, not a priority. If your ads are stalled or your agency doesn't have time to actually optimize, that's why.
You Need Someone Who Actually Understands Ecommerce
Someone who knows the difference between industrial tools and furniture, high-ticket and low-margin products, and what that means for your bids and your feed.
You Want Results, Not Excuses
I work with a few stores at a time because I believe in knowing your business deeply. Your KPIs become mine. You get direct access to me, not a junior account manager. And I only take clients I think I can actually help grow.

If That Sounds Right, Let's Talk

Tell Me About Your Store

Here is how I can help you:

  • Structure campaigns that convert
  • Monitor performance and optimize weekly
  • Grow sales while keeping costs manageable

Onboarding Process

1. Account Review
Before you sign anything, you'll get a custom and free account review. In it, I will outline opportunities that I see in your account.
The account review has 3 parts:
• What needs to be improved
• What I would build
• Long-term growth opportunities
2. Research & Discovery
I'll coordinate with you to learn about your business strategy, profit goals, and historical results. I will also learn about your industry and competitors.
3. Strategy and Account Build-up
I take all of our research and analysis and translate it into an effective PPC strategy.
I'll build campaigns that maximize profitability and are enabled to scale.
4. Ongoing Optimization
As your Google Ads campaign performance data rolls in, I will make changes and pivot where necessary.
I’ll bring a proactive approach as I A/B split test new ideas and seek new opportunities for growth.

Your Product Feed Is Now Your Keywords

AI Shopping Visibility
Google changed how shopping ads work. Your product feed no longer just fills in a listing. It now decides which searches your products show up for, what the ad says, and whether an AI assistant mentions you at all when someone asks it what to buy. Most stores are still running feeds built for the old rules. Fixing that is part of your management, not an extra invoice.

Your feed feeds the ads
Google’s newer campaign types write ad copy and pick landing pages by reading your product data and your site. Thin product titles and empty attributes used to cost you a filter. Now they cost you the search. I keep the feed built for how the system actually matches today.
The same file answers AI
The product data you send Google also feeds AI Mode, AI Overviews, and Gemini. Google added new fields built specifically for those conversational answers, and almost nobody fills them in yet. I write them for your best sellers first, so your products are the ones with an answer attached.
Product pages agents can read
AI shopping assistants read structured data, not your page design. If your theme ships incomplete markup, or your specs live only in a description, you’re invisible to them. I check the structured data on your product pages and fix what is missing, including the return and shipping details these tools look for.

None of this is a separate project once you’re a client. It runs on a schedule, and you see the before and after in your monthly report.

Common Questions

How does pricing work?

Performance-based or a percentage of ad spend, with a $1,000/month minimum. You'll know the exact number before you sign anything — pricing is part of the free account review conversation.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Management runs on a 1-month rolling agreement. I keep clients by delivering results, not by locking them in.

Is the AI Shopping Visibility work SEO?

No. I don't write blog posts or build links. This is your product data: the feed that goes to Google, and the structured data on your product pages. It's the same file that decides how your Shopping ads match, so it sits inside ad management rather than next to it.

Who owns the ad account and the data?

You do — always. Everything is built in your Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts. If we ever part ways, all of it stays with you.

What if I spend less than $5K/month on ads?

Full management probably won't pay for itself yet. A Power Hour is usually the better fit: an hour in your account with me, then a prioritized list of fixes you can implement yourself.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

There's no hand-off. The person who reviews your account is the person who builds it and checks it daily — me. Most agencies assign you a manager juggling 50+ accounts; I run a deliberately small roster.

Only 1 New Client Spot Per Month

Tell me about your store. If you're spending $5,000+/month on Google Ads, the next step is a call and a free account review. Spending less than that, I'll point you to a Power Hour. Either way, you'll hear from me within 24 hours.

Starts with a free account review. Month-to-month. You keep the account either way.
