Addi Marketing

Most ecommerce Google Ads accounts leak profit. I find the leaks and stop them.

Done-for-you Google Ads for stores spending $5,000 to $100,000 a month. Every account reviewed and run by me personally, with your profit after ad spend as the scorecard. Not impressions. Not clicks. Profit.

Findings / What I see in most accounts

Three leaks that show up in almost every audit

Finding 01

Your agency treats you like account #47. The work gets templated, and $5,000+ a month quietly drains away.

> Root cause: nobody senior actually looks at your account.

Finding 02

You pay for clicks on products that are out of stock, low-margin, or already selling themselves.

> Root cause: the product feed runs on autopilot.

Finding 03

Your monthly report is full of impressions and CTR, but nobody can explain why profit is flat.

> Root cause: the scorecard is wrong. It should be profit after ad spend.

Method / How the work gets done

The four working terms every client gets

1.1Specialist, not generalist

Shopping ads and Performance Max are where ecommerce profit hides, and they are all I do, full time. No attention split across every channel.

1.2Direct line to the operator

No middlemen, no rotating account managers. You get a straight answer the same day, not a ticket number.

1.3No autopilot

Letting Google's AI run unattended is how budgets leak. Real human eyes on your account weekly, so waste gets caught early, not at month-end.

1.4No lock-in

Month-to-month management, no long contract. Clients stay because the numbers keep earning it, not because they are stuck.

Engagements / Two ways to start

Start with an hour, or hand the whole thing over.

FAQ / Questions stores ask first

What does it cost?

Management is performance-based or a percentage of ad spend, with a $1,000/month minimum. You'll know your exact number before you commit to anything.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Everything is month-to-month on a 1-month rolling basis. Clients stay because the numbers keep earning it, not because a contract says they have to.

Is my ad spend big enough?

The sweet spot for full management is $5,000 to $100,000 per month. Below that, a Power Hour is usually the better use of your money: you get the same eyes on the account without the monthly fee.

What's the difference between a Power Hour and management?

A Power Hour is one session. I look, I tell you what I would change, you take the list and run with it. Management is me doing the work every week and owning the number. Most stores start with the hour and decide from there.

What if you can't help my store?

Before anything else, I look at your account. If I can't find profit in it, I'll tell you straight and point you somewhere useful. No charge.
